Zayani Computer Systems is pleased to announce our certification
to the ISO 9002 Standard, which is the model for quality assurance
in production, installation and service. In our case, the
ISO 9002 certification encompasses a Quality Management System
covering Purchasing, Sales, Distribution and Support services
for computer systems and peripherals.
Under the Quality Management System, each tender document
and contract is subject to a review. Purchasing procedures
then ensure that products delivered conform to order requirements.
Storage and delivery procedures guarantee that each of our
products is stored in a temperature-controlled environment
and is transported to the customer following guidelines which
ensure that there is no deterioration in transit. Thereafter,
our Customer Support Services and Customer Complaints Procedures
provide the best possible service to the customer by responding
to complaints quickly and preventing recurrence of complaints.
We are now able to measure Customer Satisfaction levels at
every stage, with the objective of instilling confidence in
our products and service. At Zayani Computer Systems we believe
that our strength lies in our people. Our Quality Management
System allows us to manage our human resources productively
by involving everyone in the organisation in suggestions,
training, and development, all the while adhering to the continual
improvement cycle of Plan-Do-Check-Act.
We are currently working to obtain the new ISO standard certification
ISO 9001:2000.
